GC-84: (Note from Bill Wendover 6/10/08) My this sure looks like me. Do not know if it's a gold Bar ( 2nd Lt. ) coming into Nam or a silver bar (1st Lt. ) leaving Nam. Never wore the rank if I was not required, and of course never in the boonies.
