PR-03: Brian Keelan (NY) went over with the original bunch of grunts on the USNS Upshur. He was wounded during the Lo Giang(1) ambush 2/8/68 and was sent to Okinawa for two months to recuperate. He returned to 4th Platoon near the end of April, and soon became the senior aide man. He ended his two years at Fort Lewis, WA, on 9/9/68.
