A-1-6 > JT -12: Jim Treacy with M60. He actually preferred carrying his M203 Rifle/ grenade launcher. Jim was in the field with the 3rd Platoon for half of his tour and the Gunfighter unit clerk for the second half of the tour - better than the other way around.

A-1-6 > JT-04: This is a shot of First Sgt (E8) Pink Dillard. He was the top sgt during 70/71. After his tour he went to the 1st/58th 197th LIB at Fort Benning, where Jim Treacy was stationed on his return. Jim remembers that when everything was snafu Dillard would yell "Gentleman! Organization is the key".

A-1-6 > JT -06: Ernie Cugno, Don Bosecker and Dusty in field. Jim Treacy believes that Dusty's last name was Baker

A-1-6 > JT-05: Ernie Cugno snd Don Bosecker in field. Ernie is from Brocton, MA about 15 miles from Jim Treacy hometown of Quincy, MA. Jim met him out in the boonies the first day that he was in the field. Ernie was at the time a member of Pipefitter's Local Union 537 Boston, where Jim's father was a member and had also been a member for 35 years. Don is from Illinois. He and Ernie still see each other on occasion
