GC-32: Irvin "Irv" Carter (OH) - Note from Wendover: Irv Carter was another that was infused to 1st Plt. early before Lo Giang. The CIB orders on the site shows others than the original bunch from Ft. Hood being awarded the Combat Infantry Badge because they earned the award as a Gunfighter at the same as the rest of us.
